We specialize in new and certified pre-owned Toyota’s and Scion’s. We have the only ASE staffed service department, of any dealership in Memphis. The non-profit National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) works to improve the quality of vehicle repair and service by testing and certifying automotive professionals.

We feature one of the largest fleets of rental Toyota/Scions in the area.

We also have a pick-up and delivery service for your vehicle. If your vehicle is in Shelby or Desoto County, we will pick it up, service it and return it to you at no additional costs.

We have a comprehensive parts department, stocking Genuine OEM Toyota Parts and recommended tires for your vehicle.

Established in 2000.

We are the newest Toyota/Scion franchise in Memphis, Tennessee. We opened our doors in 2000 and relocated to our new location in 2009. We have won the Toyota Presidents Awards every year since we moved here. We are located at Shelby Drive and I-55 in Whitehaven. We are the closest Toyota/Scion store to Downtown and Midtown Memphis, Southaven, Mississippi and West Memphis, Arkansas.

I recently wanted a car for my daily commute to work, i had my old Toyota for many year and never had any maintenance issues but wanted a upgrade. I shopped around at other Toyota but this one is by far the best in Memphis straight upfront pricing and haggle free shopping. i ended up purchasing the Scion Ia what a great car for the price. Has everything one would need for a short trip to work and has all the safety feature even with the cost.

Well I purchased a camper and had to have something to pull it. I wanted a ¾ ton so I’d have a little extra oomph. After hitting the web and visiting a couple of dealerships over a period of two weeks I checked Chuck’s. They had a couple of good looking ¾ tons for the prices others had their ½ tons. I talked to Earl and he got me hooked up with a great looking truck and a great price. The finance department came to me with some numbers I didn’t like, so I told them what I needed. Two minutes later they said yes to my terms and I was signing the dotted line. The whole time my kids were playing in the kids room, eating popcorn, and watching tv. This was the easiest, most stress free car purchasing I’ve experienced. Thank you.

I went to Chuck Hutton Toyota starting back in January 2014 after my late uncle referred this place to me. Chuck Hutton was wonderful and still is today. The folks are friendly and generous. They make car buying simple. I bought a 2014 Toyota Corolla at the time. You can get free popcorn, coffee, and bottled water while you wait. And on some days, ladies can get free manicures while they wait. The place is very clean. And the service is wonderful. They take an hour or less for servicing my car. I never had any problems. I’m sorry to those that has had problems with Chuck Hutton Toyota. I recommend this place to those that are in the market for a vehicle: new or used.

Offered $ 5,000 for a vehicle they had for sale, Zach (internet manager) countered my offer of $ 5,000 with $ 5,500. I agreed to that price, few moments later apparently they received a higher offer from someone else and refused to sell me the car. I guess the dealership must have turned into an auction as well as not holding someone’s word accountable. What happened to the days of peoples word meaning anything.

I have always rented my vehicles from other car places but after meeting my husband, he had always used Toyota car rentals, I decided that I would use them also. We have rented our cars from Toyota for about 3 years and I love dealing with the staff there. They are courteous and go above and beyond to ensure that you receive the best service possible. I sometimes need a car on the spur of the moment and they will do their best to accommodate me. We always return the cars in the same condition that we receive them and we have not had any problems in 3 years.

I was charged $ 129.00 for them to basically reset my «Check Engine» Light. Very disappointed they overcharged me so much for something they could’ve done in 10 minutes for nothing. I feel compelled to write this for others. The folks were very nice but simply charged me so much money I couldn’t leave with anything but a bad taste in my mouth. They basically rob you blind.

I went to this location looking for a hybrid Camry. I called and they told me they had lots in stock. I got there and they had three. The man that waited on us treated us like we could not afford the car we wanted. We had been approved at three other dealerships. We had a huge down payment. He was so rude. He did not try to help us at all. He acted like he was wasting his time. We left and went to another dealership and bought a car same day.

I’ve owned many cars: high end, middle and God knows low end but customer service trumps all bells and whistles. This is my second time choosing this location and they never disappoint. They give it to you straight and that’s how I live my life. Complimentary wifi, food and snacks?! Oh yeah, I’m back again and again.
In and out in a flash. Doesn’t matter what time you roll in the clean vehicle check in area you never seemed rushed.

I usually go to this dealership for oil changes for the most part. Now usually I go on a week day so I don’t have to wait forever to get serviced. Now the amenities that you have to keep yourself contended are really good but how come you’re limited to one bottle of water for complementary is somewhat confusing. Now to my service of my car. Usually it doesn’t take a hour to change a oil change but I guess I’m wrong. The customer service is great there but they really need to let the customer know how long exactly it will be for you to know when it might be finished. And I know car salesman need to make a deal but if I’m walking around then I’m just looking but that is what irradiated me the most.
