My wife and I went here because our cousin put several items from here from her Santa (Amazon) wish list. Not surprisingly, it was extremely busy. We could barely move our shopping cart a foot without bumping into somebody. Well we needed a particular item and the staff couldn’t have been any friendlier. They tore that section up looking for it. They even brought in the ladder to look up and over certain things. They were also extremely helpful and appeared happy to help. When they couldn’t find it even though the employee thought he saw one not too long ago, they called another BB&B to hold it for me. We ended up buying other items there too and every employee that we saw seemed happy to be there despite its busyness. I wouldn’t mind do more of my holiday shopping here.

Store stocked well staffed well with friendly service

A bit on the expensive side but some of these items are really luxurious. I enjoy going in the store! I always see something that makes me think of a project for my house. The music today is really loud at the center of the store. Seriously, I was able to shazaam a song. They do have GREAT sales at Bed, Baff & Erwhere Else so I look for them. Then, you can stack coupons. Save them. They never expire. Use multiple 20% of a single item coupons and then a $ 5 off a $ 25 or $ 50 purchase all at the same time. Using their coupons is the key to shopping here. I’ve caught a Roomba on sale and topped it with a 20% off coupon and ended up paying $ 320 for a regular-​priced $ 500 Roomba. Couple that with Bed, Baff & Erwhere Else’s EXCELLENT customer service and product knowledge and downright politeness and it’s just fun to come here to see the gadgets or interact with them or just pick up trash bags.

There was a clearance table (well, many) that were an extra 50% off the lowest marked price. I found an item I could use, but wasn’t looking to purchase originally and proceeded to the checkout. The price came up 20.00 over what I was expecting and I pointed out the lowest sticker on the item. The cashier basically accused me of sticking it on myself. I said I would rather not buy it, then. The cashier made a big production of calling over a manager so she could take it off the bill, proclaiming loudly for the long line behind me to hear that she «could not give me the sale price because the sticker was clearly from something else.» I was tempted to tell her to keep the other items I was going to buy as well. The manager didn’t apologize to me. They just punched in whatever they needed to and walked away. In my experience in retail, we would have given the item to the customer for the price on the sticker… or apologize for it being mislabeled in the first place. I would NEVER accuse a customer of doing it themselves. I have a 50.00 gift card that I will probably use online rather then enter this store again.

I buy sheets online and Charisma towels at Costco. I mainly just shop here for smallwares that I have to find for a party or the N bags for my overpriced Simple Human trashcan.

What can I say. They have what you are looking for and then some.

There’s a gift registry available for those couples who want to register. It’s simple, and takes a couple to several hours to go through the store and scan items for your registry, depending on how choosy you are.
I’ve always had good experience with their customer service department, and their staff on the floor is helpful — they helped me order some curtains from another area store that they were out of.
