Celebrating 30 years in 2013!

Ann Randalls and Ginna Kelley grew up together. The cheese straws are Ann’s mother’s recipe. Her name was Elizabeth, and Ann’s friends called her Aunt Lizzie. Ginna and Ann just decided they wanted to do something. They went to Ann’s mother, and she told them how she made them. They made them from an old-​fashioned cookie press from Scandinavia that you can’t buy anymore.

Ann Randalls is co-​owner of Aunt Lizzie’s, Inc. She and her business partner, Ginna Kelley, grew up together and wanted to go into business together. They asked Ann’s mother for her cheese straw recipe, she gave it to them, and the rest is history!

They also sell a pecan cookie — an old-​fashioned wedding cookie that’s Ginna’s mom’s recipe, in addition to jalapeño cheese straws, low carb cheese straws, shrimp and grits mix, She Crab Soup mix and Captain Rodney’s glaze.
