Established in 1999.

AAA Service Company, LLC officially opened its doors on July 1^st, 1999. Half of the story began some four years earlier on November 1^st, 1994, when the current Corporate Operations Officer, Stephen Kennedy started a small carpet cleaning company using the Chem-​Dry method. With revenues growing to over half a million dollars annually by marketing to the commercial carpet industry, providing pressure washing, and working with contractors in increasing water damage business, Mr. Kennedy realized that his dream of building a service company had just begun and was overwhelmed with the possibilities that additional services and products could bring.

In the early months of 1999, Mr. Kennedy realized that he needed help with capital expenditures if the company was going to progress further and also he needed financial expertise in using the company funds wisely in creating a secure foundation that would serve long into the future.
