Flat Fee MLS

We listed our house with Flat fee island Paul Gioffre.
He charged me full amount $ 249, MLS #2 745 235.
Address: 185 Symphony Drive, Lake Grove, NY 11 755
We signed and paid for 6 month advertising contract;
he took off the listing after 30 days. We want him to refund our payment.
Within this 30 days on MLS listing. We called MLS number flat fee #1800 397‑0363 FREE, and goes to message.
How can people reach us if the number no one answers? It only shows our phone number on open house on MLS.
As their ads said «We will also list your open house on the local MLS as well as other websites absolutely free».
Which our house didn’t list on other website for open houses.
We called him to ask why he didn’t follow their ads said and provide the service;
He said to me that I am bringing him bad energy, and took off MLS listing within 1 month which he charged for 6 month fee.
I would like to file a complaint against their non professional services.
