This place is immaculate ! The staff is very friendly I’ve stayed away from Honey Dews most my adult life due to having horrible experiences at some. But this one is unique, the selection of coffee flavors was surprising The pastry looked awesomely fattening and fresh Clean, Clean, Clean Staff that day was great! No negatives here… Come one. Come all. Eat and be merry !! :)~

Good coffee. But best part are the employees. They are special!!! Karima, Susan, Olivia are great workers! They greet you with a smile each time you go there. I hope their employer knows how fortunate they are to have them!

Great service here. Every time I have come, the employees are super nice and helpful. They definitely make sure you are being helped. Great flavors, stronger brews than Dunks. Convenient location with a parking lot.

A place I frequent a couple of times a week. Coffee is pretty decent, beats Dunks for sure. The pastry’s and sandwich’s are a step above everything else around here. The donuts are twice as big as Dunks and taste better and they have a much bigger pastry selection. Service is usually pretty good here but there is one employee that always seems to mess up my coffee somehow?! For that I gotta knock off a star but other than that its always a good experience.

I have recently become a fan of Honey Dew. I’ve tired of McDunkins, and the donuts, pasteries and etc they make HOURS ahead of time at a centralized location. I gave Honey Dew a shot and have been pleasantly surprised. Their coffee tastes fresh and the donuts are amazing. So much bigger and tastier than Dunkins. The staff is always friendly and pleasant. They don’t seem annoyed you are making them serve you a coffee. They also don’t try to serve you shitty, microwaved ham and cheese sandwiches. I know Dunkins is ingrained in the local psyche, but give Honey Dew a shot.

This is such a nice location for a Honey Dew. Plenty of on street parking(no meters), not a ton of traffic and a nice little store. The staff is always friendly and the shop looks festive with balloons and just very family friendly. I’ve never had my coffee wrong, and you can tell they take great care and listen when filling people’s orders. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is too slow. The whole feeling of the place is just right– great. Stop by if you’re visiting downtown Melrose!

I remember growing up there was one Dunkin Donuts in the entire City of Knoxville. It was a novelty to go there and get some donuts. Around here, they’re on every F’ing corner. Honey Dew is a little less invasive and the food is similar, so I choo, choo, choose them. Food: Donuts, bagels, bagel sandwiches, coffee, hot chocolate. Service: Attentive, fast, friendly. Price: Cheap. Bottom Line: We go there when wifey don’t want to make big, momma weekend breakfast(edit: Not intended to say that wife is big, it’s just what I like to call the breakfast. She is in fact very hot and sexy.) or when we’re headed to the beach on a hot summer morning. It’s pretty good for a donut shop.

This Honey Dew gets 5 stars from me for their friendly fast service, delicious bagels toasted to perfection, hefty man size donuts, creamy hot chocolate, and refreshing ice coffee. That’s right, I drive right past the Dunkin Donuts and hit up this Honey Dew everytime. Plus this Honey Dew is always donating money for youth related services and activities in Melrose. Coffee with a conscience — Thank you!
