Harvest Properties LLC specializes in the management of residential condominium properties in the Metro Boston area. Through financial transparency and open communication we serve small to medium sized properties ranging in size from 1 – 100 units.

As part of the monthly management fee we provide the following:

Websites — Unique user login and ability to post documents.

Financial Reporting — Including invoice copies and bank statements.

Budgets — Preparation of budgets to meet lending requirements.

Collections — Monthly statements and collections processing.

Meetings — Coordination of board and owners meetings.

Maintenance — Scheduling of recurring preventative maintenance.

Support — 24 hour per day response from an on call property manager.

Harvest Properties LLC also provides project administration services for large scale common area replacement projects and insurance losses. In addition, we also offer handyman and brokerage services to our clients.

History

Established in 2003.

Harvest Properties LLC was founded with the goal of servicing small to medium sized condominium properties in Metro Boston. The company started in South Boston and shortly thereafter opened our headquarters in Melrose, MA to service clients from Braintree to NH. We have recently opened a second office location in Newburyport, MA. Today Harvest Properties LLC services over 60 condominium properties using financial transparency and open communication to earn the trust of our clients.

Business Owner

Steve Lewis, CMCA, AMS is the owner and founder of Harvest Properties LLC. Steve has 10 years experience in the property management industry. Steve has managed all types of residential condominium properties ranging in size from 1 – 140 units. Steve holds both the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations from Community Association Institute (CAI), which is the trade organization for the property management industry. Steve is also a licensed MA Real Estate Broker. Steve has successfully lead many properties through large scale capital improvements. Steve holds a BS in Finance from Boston College and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College.
