I’ve been going to CrossFit Route 1 for two years now and I have loved the experience! The exercises change daily, which keep me motivated and excited for classes. All the workouts can be easily scaled to fit people with different abilities. I’d recommend this location for anyone looking to try CrossFit.

Before starting at CrossFit Route 1, I really didn’t know the difference between a deadlift and a power clean, so CrossFit seemed a bit intimidating to me. After my introductory class with Tracey, I felt much more confident. I love the community feeling and encouragement that both the coaches and other members provide during workouts, which are a challenge for sure, but you’re not going to get in shape faster anywhere else.

Cross fit is not for everybody and I knew that going in. This is mostly a review of CF itself and not as much this specific CF. Everyone was welcoming and encouraging. My big issue is the limited flexibility with the classes. I work 12hr days and it would be beneficial for there to be an 8pm class. The early AM classes wouldn’t give me time to get to work. So ill just go on weekends. Nope. One class on Saturday and none on Sunday. After spending $ 250 for the trial it would have been nice to have the ask why I bailed so quickly. Maybe they already knew.
