History
Established in 2013.
I started out in 1996 working part time at a Coldwell Banker while attending college for a Finance Degree. Over the years I eventually was sought out by one of the top 10 agents in the country. I mentored under him for over 8yrs. We carried an avg of 50 listings at a time with over $ 150 Million in sales per year and selling 100+ properties every year. During our best year we sold $ 280 Million dollars in homes. I am starting a new venture in life now with me at the helm and RE/MAX as my ship. As a Realtor, I have several unique skills that contribute to my overall effectiveness. To begin, I have been involved in Listing over 500 homes. Thus greatly sharpening my knowledge of how to avoid common pitfalls in both buying and selling a home. Additionally, I have a degree in Finance, allowing me to calculate pricing trends and judge whether a home is correctly priced based on factors such as location, sq footage, etc. Looking for a great agent to make your move happen? Over the years I have developed a love for the various aspects of real estate. Firstly, being in real estate means that I have the privilege of seeing many different kinds of homes. The various architecture throughout New England is amazing and I love being able to tour the local Victorian homes and appreciate the history of this area. It is often the unique details to a home if accented properly that help it to quickly sell. Secondly, an integral part to being a successful agent is meeting new people. I love making connections and getting to know my new clients. Finally, and probably my favorite thing, is helping my clients sell their home and move on to a new home. There is truly nothing better than the excitement of a client when they finally find the home they have been looking for. I have seen the stages of life that many clients go through with kids and retirement. Having just had my first child it all has a new found importance. I would like to help make your move happen!
