Awful customer service. came in to make some copies. The singular lady working the copy station was of no help at all. When asking questions, she would shrug and keep doing what she was doing.

Bought the OfficeMax Max Assurance Protection Plan for my laptop fan and the it died a week later, had the biggest hassle trying to use the plan and get a new fan. I had to contact corporate to use it how ridiculous, the plan is just a waste of money. DONOTBUYSERVICEPLANS!

Want a hundred different pen options? Need resume paper? How about scrapbook supplies, a label maker, or to make a color copy? I go to this Office Max for all that and wouldn’t think to go anywhere else. Well, I must admit, some of the reason why I wouldn’t go anywhere else is because I don’t know of any other options, but that’s besides the point. Office Max is still a good store. The parking lot is massive and never crowded(at least around Office Max). Automatic doors open when entering or exiting the store(I guess this is in case I’m too overladen with pens to open the door myself). The store is clean and the isles are well organized. The copy section is pretty much self-service; however, there are people around to help out. Scratch that. There’s a person(singular) to help out and sometimes he/she must be on lunch or is clearly helping someone else. That’s okay — I think I’ve only gotten frustrated once. In regards to prices, I they’ve always been less expensive that I expected. So, besides being the only place to go for all of my office supply and copy needs, they’re also a bargain!
