The only person you need to call! Sean came over to our new condo to replace light fixtures, bathroom faucets, a new vanity and bathroom mirrors. We purchased the bathroom fixture from Home Depot but upon opening the box, we realized it was cracked. And of course we couldn’t find our receipt. Sean drove it back to Home Depot for us and got us the correct replacement. Talk about excellent customer service! He stayed all day to make sure all requested jobs were completed to perfection.
On a separate occasion we had a kitchen faucet that was leaking. Sean came right over and helped get it all fixed before serious water damage occurred. He’s so sweet on top of being very professional and knowledgable! I would recommend him over and over.

Our management company had us reach out to Sean for repair needs in our unit. He has been great to work with.
1) He’s timely — in response to texts and calls, and in showing up at the scheduled time
2) He’s competent — he has always diagnosed our problems and taken care of things
3) He’s friendly — it’s been a pleasure to interact with him, which is notable because we only talk when I’m frustrated that something has gone wrong at our place
4) He’s honest — he’s always told me straight what needs to be fixed and what doesn’t, and he’s told us what things he can take care of and what issues will require a different type of professional.

I cannot say enough good things about Sean and his team. I started using him because my landlord had put me in contact with him, but continued to use him after because the work was outstanding. Sean provided an outdoor spring cleanup for my patio, which included: weeding, trimming massive amounts of ivy, pulling up dead trees, and making my yard look like a yard again. Sean is always accessible via phone or text and is so personal, it’s a joy to work with him. He listened to my concerns and needs and delivered for an affordable price. I recommend him 100% and will not hesitate to hire him again.
