History

Established in 1984.

JKS Ventures, Inc. was established in 1984 based on the necessity to eliminate by the means of recycling, the reduction of waste material sent to landfills. JKS materialized to assist local landscapers, contractors and townships with their disposal needs as well as its’ sister company, D&P Construction, Co., Inc. Eventually, the transfer station evolved into a state licensed and IEPA approved recycling and material distribution center.
