Specialties
Gutman ELC is a nationally (NAEYC) accredited, state licensed program providing early childhood education for infants, toddlers, preschoolers and children transitioning to kindergarten. The program has many specialists including a Hebrew enrichment program, sign language, creative movement and music, etc. A summer camp program with instructional and recreational swim (with two in-ground pools) and many specialists is open to the community. Gutman also has an Orthodox classroom and observes Orthodox dietary laws. Teacher Dubbie Ungar designed the Judaic curriculum. The program prepares children for enrollment in Orthodox day schools. Scholarships and state subsidy are available for families that meet the eligibility requirements.
