Brown’s Chicken & Pasta

I am so disappointed. I had ordered a ½ lb of livers for a co-​worker and when I returned to work they had given me gizzards. I know I said livers because it was specifically for a co-​worker and that is what he wanted. She apparently misunderstood me and when I had called to see if they can switch them out she no, you didn’t say livers you said gizzards, and refused to exchange for what I asked for. She said she would have to charge me. She was very rude and I had told her I will not be back and said thank you, then she says your welcome. Now I know why this place is ALWAYS empty. I come here at least twice a month and now they just lost a customer over a $ 3.99 order. And I work a few blocks away and will make sure the word gets around! DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Food was cold! And it’s dirty keep driving don’t stop here I’m from Atl I tried Browns because I wanted something Chicago style smh don’t go to this location

For some reason they think biscuits are chicken. We ordered the family six pack and they gave us no chicken.
«You don’t have to get your chicken today» they told us over the phone.

Browns Definately has the best chicken but this location needs an update. Always dirty, the bathrooms don’t even offer hand soap. Seriously no soap!!! It’s always busy but by the look and feel it will be bankrupt by months end. Try to get a napkin here, not going to happen…

8 piece chicken ($ 9.99) — 3.5 stars. The crust is the best that I’ve ever had for fried chicken. Substantial crunch and flavorful. The meat inside though is too bland for me. I’ll have to test another branch to see if this is a trait for this specific location or if it’s prevalent to others as well.
7 piece chicken nuggets ($ 3.99). Juicy, but way too salty. I’d rather have Wendy’s chicken nuggets.

The chicken just tastes like its dipped in flour salt and peeper its also pricy Im not to happy I will not come back here ever…

First time at a Brown’s. Went JUST for gizzards, which are not on the menu for some reason. The place was spotlessly clean. The gizzards were fried to order. Tasty crunchy crust, and chickeny chewy gizzards. I had to ask for hot sauce (there was none out at the time), but not a big deal. The gentleman who got the sauce for me was as cheery as can be. He was also the one cooked my gizzards, and suggested I be careful as they were very hot. They were still sizzling when I got them.

Wow, of all fast food fried chicken places I have eaten at, Brown’s is definitely the best. I pretty much abhor KFC and Poppey’s, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that I liked Brown’s Chicken. Perhaps I was biased b/​c it was offered to me by my dear friends Pam and Phil on our visit to their house this past weekend, but really, I liked how you could bite into it without having grease running down your hand. Also, the breading was thick and crispy. It didn’t have that nasty slimy skin that KFC does, which was a huge bonus. I enjoyed the mashed potatoes and gravy as well as the deep fried mushrooms.
It was my first experience with Brown’s Chicken and I must say it was a pretty good one.
