PC Keat’s is a fresh face in Downtown Melbourne offering authentic international foods and spirits in addition to American staples. The food is prepared using authentic recipes and fresh ingredients. Here the Thai beef salad is Thai Hot, we use Guascas in the Ajiaco soup, and the Piri Piri sauce is made from scratch with Bird’s Eye chilies. Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options are available and different from the normal options in traditional restaurants. The bar is equally varied, ranging from exotic liquors and cocktails to the well-​made classics. Our vision is to bring pure, traditional foods that define cultures and regions from around the world and give our guests the opportunity to try something different and learn to love those dishes as much as the people that lovingly created them. PC Keats is a world traveler and a free spirit with an insatiable appetite for authentic cuisine. He travels the globe searching for those delicious dishes that have become representative of entire cultures, learning how to prepare them from the locals. He believes that the best dishes come not only from 5-​star restaurants and eminently talented chefs, but from home kitchens and street carts. His dream is to own a restaurant where his guests can experience what our common man counterpart from another part of the world calls «his favorite meal», cooked and served with the proper respect for the traditions of their home country. Join us at PC Keats in Downtown Melbourne to sample the fruits of his labor. You probably won’t find PC there since he’s most likely traveling again, but his staff is ready and waiting to take you on a fun, unique, fresh, and authentic tour around the culinary world.
