Michael Bugenske – Custom Woodworking and Cabinetry

We hired Michael for a kitchen remodel. The price was right but the work took much longer than the 7 to 10 days he estimated. 3 months later and he has still not come back to finish a missing piece of wood. His son Jordan was super nice, but they kept us waiting, not showing up when they said they would be there. We had at least 5 «no call, no shows» from him, does not return phone calls. No predicting when he would be there even when he scheduled. My husband ended up doing some of the work himself, just to get the job done so we could return to normal. So sorry I had to write this, I really liked Michael but he just could not get his act together and kept us hanging with no apologies for the delays. We now have to drive to his shop to get the missing wood which we will have to install! Kitchen looks great but a lot had to do with us finishing it ourselves.
