Sharp Law or Lindsey M. Sharp, P.A. is a boutique law firm with an emphasis in the areas of employment law (both plaintiff & defense), family law, bankruptcy, probate & guardianship litigation. Our representative cases include business defense of FSLA cases and prosecution of non-​compete agreements, high asset dissolution of marriage, business & individual bankruptcy (including high income earner bankruptcy), and guardianship and probate litigation.

History

Established in 2008.

I entered private practice after 3 years at the State Attorney’s Office in Brevard County. My goal in creating a law practice was to offer a client-​service based model of lawyering. While at the State Attorney’s Office, I too often observed local lawyers not treat their clients well. Lawyers would often appear in court unprepared not remembering the very basics of their client’s cases. This after accepting thousands of dollars in retainers. I was truly appalled.

Sharp Law offers its clients personalized attention blended with skillful legal advice on a cost effective basis. We aim to be different and meeting that goal is reason why most of our clients come to us from a referral from a former client or another attorney. I formed my practice in a deep recession not having the life-​long ties to this community. I am so proud to say that my success is due to my approach and appreciation and respect of my clients.

Business Owner

Lindsey M. Sharp, J.D. is a member of the Florida Bar and Middle District of Florida. Ms. Sharp is a previous member of the American Inns of Court, a prestigous academic society of lawyers, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy lawyers, the Orange county bar association, the Central Florida Bankruptcy Bar Association, and other organizations. Ms. Sharp also teaches courses at Barry University.

Ms. Sharp has served on the board of Suntree-​Viera Little League and is currently a girl scout troop leader.
