My Wife and I lived here for a year.
They have a lot of rules. No grilling on your porch because its a fire hazard, quiet time between 10 – 8.
They constantly have issues with the fire alarms going off in the middle of the night. My last two days the water was shut off becuase they were having issues.
They made us take everything off our porch so they could paint. It took them 2 weeks to finally paint the porch, while the crap on our porch had to stay cramped up in our apartment.
One day I found a extension cord plugged into my porch, so I unplugged it. Some guy came by when I was gone and cursed out my two teenage brothers for it. They NEVER asked to plug into the outlet and use electricity when I am the one who pays for it, not them.
Also when you move out of your apartment if it isn’t cleaned to their standards they charge you up to 35 dollars to clean the refrigerator, and 75 to 175 to clean the rest of apartment. Its ridiculous!
Overall this place has too many rules, but they are some of the nicer apartments in the area.
