VERY disappointed with customer service. I have purchased hundreds of dollars there. One top I purchased was hand washed by me and just fell apart. I brought the top back to the store. I was immediately blown off. She told me to contact the manufacturer. Excuse me!!! She purchases the merchandise and resales to me «the customer «the defect really has nothing to do with us, she never offered to replace it. There were some clearly on the rack, she could have replaced and dealt with who she buys from. This is NOT my job as a customer. I would expect any store to stand behind their merchandise they sale. Hmmmm that would create a return for further business. I will NOT ever throw my hard earned money in this store again. She was NOT even concerned that I return. So who ever was working 08÷08÷15 at 2 pm should be more concerned about customer service. Buyer beware.

We prefer to support local businesses than big-​box/​department stores. Many times, buying local comes with a hefty price tag, but knowing that we are supporting our local businesses makes it worth it. I came in here the other day with family visiting from out of state. The lady working was so busy chatting with her friend that she couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge our presence. Had a «Pretty Woman» kind of moment when we walked out after 20 minutes of being ignored. I mean, we had money to spend in there, but they couldn’t be bothered to notice potential customers. Very rude and severely lacking customer service skills. I will never spend a dime in here!

Extremely friendly ladies that work there! Very helpful, sweet & welcoming! The prices are a little high, however, it’s because the quality of the clothes is as well. I bought a red dress there for Valentine’s Day & it’s my favorite dress I own now! I will certainly be back regularly since they said they always have fresh stuff weekly/​monthly! There is also a couch/​table for the guys/​family to sit at & relax & it’s in front of the fitting rooms so you can show off your new outfit right there! Loved that area!
