They have had my 4s iPhone since Tuesday morning. The job was suppose to be completed in one hour. I was told this when my husband left the phone. It is now Wednesday night and I still do not have my phone and no one will give me an answer where my phone is and why it is not fixed. I plan to take legal action on Thursday. Beware! I plan to report to Better Business and my attorney. These people do not deserve to be in business.

I’ve only ever had wonderful experiences at this Batteries Plus Bulbs. I’ve brought in broken cell phones, flashlights, and watches, and had them immediately fixed by the *incredibly* friendly workers at the front within minutes. Additionally, I now go nowhere else for… batteries and bulbs. The salespeople can identify what battery /bulb you need within seconds, and often recommend cheaper/longer-lasting alternatives. Pro-tip: check out their website before going in – they have tons of coupons/deals that will definitely apply to whatever you’re buying/trying to fix.

Bad practice of lying, making assumptions and trying to sell what isn’t going to fit . I called up and asked if they have CR2325 batteries in stock and was assured that they do. When i arrived to the store they tried to sell me CR2330. which is thicker and would never fit my device; which also requires two of these to stock up vertically. Why would you lie to someone and tell you have what they looking for. It took me 25 minutes to get there for nothing.

Meh. Took my mom’s laptop for a replacement battery. Spent about a hundred bucks. Found out about a, week later the replacement battery didn’t fit quite right and was falling out. Mom went back to show him, and he pretty much said it fit fine. It didn’t. Wouldn’t give us another battery, or allow us to return it. We won’t be back.
