I pulled a muscle in my back and could barely put my socks on. I’ve been to many acupuncture doctors throughout my life, but being new to the area, I had no idea who to go to. I called a few in the Melbourne area, but I didn’t get a warm fuzzy from any of them. Just as I was about to drive all the way into Orlando, I came across A&S Acupuncture. I called and was pleased to discover that the doctor was a Chinese acupuncturist. In my experience, the ones that actually learned the Chinese way are usually the best. He was able to see me that afternoon, and after the session, I was able to touch my toes again. For some ailments — such as a back — it takes several sessions to restore fully mobility, and this case was no different. I just had my third session today in a 1 week span, and I can put my socks and shoes on, and TIE my laces, too! Don’t plan on going out after your session though — if your condition requires the application of those medicine patches, you’re gonna STINK of chinese herbs! ha(and you should keep them on overnight) My coworker hurt his back a day after I did, and he’s still hurting. I told him to go see Dr. Chen, but he keeps saying that he’s too busy… I’m gonna have to go tie my shoes in front of him to show him how stupid he’s being. Too busy to feel better? *sheesh!*
