poor customer service. used years ago with OK results. but called months ago and never returned my calls. were supposed to come yesterday for a simple repair and were a no-​show. told them not to bother trying again. not even an apology. I’m sure there are better, more reliable companies out there.

I have used H&R for 12 years and they are the best oil service in the Milford area. A handshake is your contract with them (provided your a honorable person) and they always try and service your home promptly. When calling they seem to always remember you. They have performed repairs on my heating system and have even changed my piping configuration to enhance my heating performance. A few years ago I made the mistake of switching to Medway oil and after a few months I ran back. They are great.
