Needed to move mi car ASAP from florida to georgia and hired first «autostar transport express» they told me they could get the job done and when the day came the driver «YVETTE» from «j&g state transport llc» had me all day waiting for her without even giving me a call to let me know she was coming late… i Hire dcoastal auto shipping! Gerson is the man! I was worried about the whole process and Gerson was patient, professional and paid close attention to detail. I was able to get my 1994 Buick Roadmaster Wagon shipped from Hayward, CA to Hermiston, OR without any issues. I gave them very little notice and they were able to ship my vehicle within 24 hours. The driver was friendly and on time. The car was on the road for 48 hours or less and delivered on time without any problems whatsoever. The cost was hundreds of dollars less than Coastal’s competitors. I can say without a doubt that this company is completely trustworthy. I will definitely do business with this company again!

Pleasantly surprised by their customer service.
We are Ohio people who bought an Illinois SUV that we needed to ship to South Florida. We read reviews & researched for weeks, and were HORRIFIED by what we learned. We cycled through dozens and dozens of sleeeeeeazy brokers, and finally settled on Coastal because their rep, Gerson, was the first and only person who could put what he promised us over the phone IN WRITING.
Despite our trepidation, everything turned out just fine. Better than fine, we actually had a fun experience. The vehicle was dropped at their office– Alex & Gerson came out to meet us while we waited. Great guys, which instilled further confidence in Coastal Auto Shipping.
What meant the most to us (in addition to receiving our vehicle in tact & on time) is their level of customer service. The principles of good business seem so simple, yet they are rarely followed these days. Gerson’s contract reflected his exact promises. All info he needed to gather and forward to us was done so in a timely fashion, on the timeline he described. When Gerson said he would call, Gerson called. When I needed to reach Gerson for questions or reassurance, I could get ahold of him. If I left a message, he called back. I’m retired now, and living in the Keys, but if I was still in business I’d steal this guy in a heartbeat.
After all of the horror stories we’ve read about other companies, we had to take the time to give these guys some accolades for their customer service, integrity & performance. They deserve it.

So this company had over 2 ½ weeks to ship my car from PA to MS and could not get it accomplished. The worst part was the communication. They said they would be there and no one showed up without even a phone call and when we tried to call, no one answered. This happened so many times and eventually we had to cancel the order and had to have my mom drive down my car for me. Would not recommend using this company as they are unreliable and the communication is terrible.
