Recieved horrible customer service. I recently shipped a package two months ago. The package was not shipped the correct way the employee stated it would. The insurance was not added and the tracking number was not valid. So of course my package was lost. I had to wait 30 days to see if my package would«turn up». I was told it was my fault I shipped it without insurance. They did not accept that their new employee made a mistake. I was offered my 20 dollar shipping fee back, but my package was worth over 200 dollars. I was/am very upset. Very poor service.

A huge shout out to the owner and staff at this location. I recently received the most outstanding customer service. They went out of their way to help me and honestly saved me quite a bit of trouble the last two times I’ve used their services. I would recommend this store without hesitation.
