History
Established in 1956.
Louis Bucklin opened his first Photography Studio and Frame Shop in 1956 in Media, PA, where he offered photography and picture framing services as well as photo, painting, and frame restoration work. In 1978, daughter Kathleen joined Louis at The Frame Shop and gallery, becoming an official partner in the business in 1994. In 2015, the company name was changed to TFS Restoration to better reflect our focus on Photo Restoration, Painting Restoration, and Frame Restoration services.

Business Owner
Kathy’s inspiration was her father, Louis, whom she joined in 1978 at the family business, The Frame Shop and gallery in Media, PA. Today, Kathy continues her many years of experience with photo restoration, painting restoration, and frame restoration at the same business, which was renamed TFS Restoration in 2015 to better reflect the work they do.
