Pat, your realtor of choice, was born and raised in Springfield, is a graduate of Cornell University, and is a current resident of Media. As a lifelong resident of Delaware County, she has invaluable knowledge of the area and has become a local real estate expert.

Pat creates business for the team, seeking buyers and sellers daily. She makes on average 20 new phone contacts per day to match buyers and sellers. She is primarily a seller’s agent, looking out for the interests of the sellers. She is also responsible for leading the team and assisting clients in their home buying and selling experiences.
