History

Established in 1975.

Ranked in the top 1% of all Coldwell Banker franchise companies worldwide the company has provided residential and commercial real estate services in the Delaware Valley since 1975. Started as Caparo Real Estate with a storefront office in the river town of Conshohocken, PA, the company became an independently owned affiliate of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation in 1991. Changing its name to Coldwell Banker Preferred, the company has been honored every year since 1999 as a Chairman’s Circle Company for exceptional sales production and service.

Coldwell Banker Preferred has a comprehensive relocation division and is the 2009 winner of the Cartus Master Cup for excellence in relocation services.

We are proud of our continuous growth and success — regardless of market conditions — and now have offices in Blue Bell, Conshohocken, Exton, Media, Wayne, Center City Philadelphia, and Wilmington.
