I came to Apex because so many area cleaners have poor reviews. Also Louis B wrote a great review! I have been more than happy with Apex. They are friendly and smile. The shop is clean and bright. My clothes are ready when promised. I also don’t get sticker shock when I pick up my husband’s cleaning. Added plus: they let me return hangers to reuse. I love cleaners who permit this. I’m not sure why you’d expect a dry cleaner to get stains out of your clothing. They aren’t magic, after all. If they tell you they can’t get the stain out but agree to try, you can’t complain that they didn’t remove the stain. Hardly a reason to give a three-star review.

very helpful, very convenient. i didn’t read the other reviews but cant imagine why anyone would have a gripe. I’ve done alterations, repair, dry cleaning and laundered shirts here. All very good. I’d love a little more starch, but who wouldn’t, amirite, amirite!!! Wait… what? Anyway, GO to the Apex and tell ‘em Big Texas sent you.

While my go-to is Victory cleaners in Aston(awesome!) I have found Apex to be on my way some times and they are WAY better than the cleaners near the Elwyn Train station and also better than the one near the Giant in Aston, so these are my «second place» winners for Dry Cleaning in Media/Aston. The lady(owner?) is friendly enough and has my clothes ready when I need them. Wish they were open on Sundays.

Apex is your standard dry cleaners. The prices are fair as dry cleaning prices go, and the service is friendly. My items were promised by the next weekend, and they had them waiting there for me as promised. I had a dress with a terrible yellow stain in it, and they couldn’t get the stain out. The lady warned me up front it would be difficult to get it out, but I decided to have them try anyway. Fair enough. My two winter coats I took cleaned up quite nicely though. If you need basic dry cleaning in Media, Apex will work just fine.

OK, color me spoiled… But the old WASP business model of a laundry and dry cleaners as JUST a place where you take your dirty clothes is, for me, no longer acceptable. Having lived in DC, where most of the laundry places have been taken over by enterprising Korean business families where they offer a plethora of additional services, this is MY bar. And coming to live in Delaware County in the middle of upper-middle-class suburban sterility, I can’t stomach the old business model of the dry cleaners. Enter Apex Cleaners into the picture. On a spacious locale just steps from the Providence Road stop of the Media Trolley, with plenty of parking, with laundry, dry cleaners, alterations, clothes repair, and a number of knick knocks for sale unseen in the rest of the area laundry facilities. And the most friendly. efficient, hard working, Korean American family running it. I went there for cuffs on my new REI hiking pants and spent about 30 minutes talking about Korea and my experiences in that wonderful country with one of the shop keepers. I left both satisfied and reminiscing some great times about my almost 20 years overseas…
