Established in 1970.

Started as the firm of Bischoff & Strooband. Later partner Roger Ousey was added to the firm and the firm named changed to Bischoff, Strooband & Ousey, P.C. Later just Strooband & Ousey, P.C. and as of the end of August 2011 Strooband has retired and the firm will change it’s name sometime in January 2012 to Roger Ousey, P.C. We specialize in Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability cases.

Business Owner

Graduated from University of Santa Barbara with a degree in History. Later graduated from University of Oregon with a J.P. Entered the law firm of Bischoff and Strooband as a law clerk. Later became a partner. In 2012 the firm will become Roger Ousey, P.C. I specialize in Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability claims.
