Go-to place to grab a cup before a long drive. And if Dan K would have bought stock around time of his review. he would have quadrupled his money in 5 years.

This Starbucks is a nice little shop close to my office. Staff is friendly and beverages are always very good.

Pumpkin spice season! I love Starbucks and when I relocated to South Jersey I knew it was probable that one would not be as close as I had out in San Diego(a drive thru one 3 blocks away). Well the closest one is about 3 miles and so when I’m in the area and feel like treating myself I stop in. This location is usually busy but there is ample parking and the baristas are usually quick getting the orders out. I think that the service kind of depends with who you get and if theyre having a good day or not. I have had the friendliest service to at times indifference and even a little snobby. So, customer service is inconsistent, which is disheartening because like I said I am a fan of Starbucks. This location does have a decent offering of baked goods and food items as well and the usual Starbucks swag available for purchase.

I love this Starbucks and the location. The location is awesome. Out of the way of heavy traffic like the Marlton Starbucks, yet close to a lot of local and family-owned businesses, such as a small bookstore(Bookswap Café) in the same plaza. It’s small and cozy, especially in the wintertime. The floors and tables are always clean, and there’s plenty of natural light. The manager, Josh, is absolutely awesome. He has helped me so much lately in expanding my coffee tastes as well as suggesting new things to try. All of the employees are great and friendly, and I’m always greeted with a crescendo of hellos and how are you doings. The coffee is excellent. I’ve tried everything on the menu, and I’ve never had a bad cup of coffee here. I’ve recently begun to drink the dark roasts, and today I tried the seasonal Three Region Blend. All of them are delicious. Thanks Medford Starbucks team for being awesome. You have a loyal customer here that will keep coming back!

I stopped in on Wednesday and ordered a 12oz soy cappuccino, which cost about 4 bucks… Generally I’m not a start bucks person but needed a pick-me-up and they are the only coffee shop in Medford that has soy milk. Anyway, when I got my drink I thought, «wow, this feels really night.» Turns out I got about 3oz of liquid and the rest of the cup was foam. Maybe that is a result of frothing soy milk, but either way, $ 4 for 3 oz of coffee is not worth it.

They’re okay. Customer service isn’t spectacular compared to other Starbucks. Drinks are accurate most of the time and if they aren’t right, the baristas will remake them. It’s in a convenient location and the parking spots are close to the store, making this a good stop when the weather’s nasty.
