Quality Inn and Suites Airport

My mom reserved us a room and when we walked in to check in we were told we needed to pay for the room because my mom just reserved it and didn’t pay for it online. So I asked if I gave the lady a Credit card that my mom would not be charged she said no. After seeing the condition of the property my husband and I decided we didn’t want to stay there and when we went to tell her we were not staying she said if we didn’t cancel she would charge my moms card and was SUPER rude. my mom called to make sure she wasn’t going to be charged and was rudely told we were not welcome there lol… so I am thinking she was trying to double charge us… We stayed at the Motel 6 on airport. It was beautiful and had nice staff. Very thankful im not alowed at «Quality» Inn

For the price you probably can’t beaut it.
It is one of the poorest quality Quality Inn I’ve ever stayed in though. The buildings and rooms are older and clearly haven’t been renovated in a while. Cleaning was also lackluster: green something smeared on my door that looked like avocado and clearly hadn’t been cleaned was a gross welcome. There was hair in my bathroom that definitely wasn’t mine either.
The bed was very comfortable, and so were the pillows. The room was adequate for my needs, but insisted didn’t feel any reason to just hang out in there!
It’s inexpensive! If you need a bed to crash in go for it. For a longer stay Id recommend looking elsewhere though.

Stayed here for the 1^st and last time, COMPLETELY INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS. We got eatten alive within the 30 minutes of climbing into bed. Staff denies and refuses to have the infestation taken care of. Will NEVER stay here again. Staying in 1 of thier rooms is a risk to your health.

We were needing a hotel centrally located to lay our heads during a busy weekend in Medford. I am happy to say that the Quality Inn fit our needs in every way! It was very clean, and we certainly did not notice any smells or bugs. Check in was easy and quick. Although we did not use the pool it looked very nice, clean and a good number of chairs/​lounges. The breakfast was better than we expected but the room is rather tiny, so we took our food to our room.
The only real negatives were that the stairs to the 2^nd floor are pretty steep, but there are signs warning of that. We did notice some snoring/​coughing from the room next to us but it certainly did not cause us any problems.
The location and price were great… while not a resort or super fancy, it is a great option.

Not the best hotel I’ve been in. Every thing works the AC was a lifesaver at 104 degrees outside. Here for a week of horse showing. Sugar ants all over my room. Told housekeeping – little devils are still here and multiplying I’m sure. Needs to have a bug bomb set off! Harmless creatures but annoying.

I was a previous resident of Ashland, and came back for a visit to my family. I’d spent more than two hours searching for a decent hotel, and finally found this Quality Inn. The front desk clerk took my license and gave me a key to go check out a room. It was finally a room that seemed okay and I told her I’d take it. She handed me back my license and asked me if I was a current resident of the valley. I told her I was not, I was just passing through on a visit. She then informed me that my my five-​year-​old license stated that I lived in Oregon, so I must still live there. And the hotel did not rent rooms to locals. I absolutely could not believe what I was hearing. Here I thought she was going to offer me a discount, and she discriminates against me because I once lived in the Rogue Valley? I’ve never heard of such a ridiculous thing in all my life. I have to assume that perhaps I was being discriminated against for other reasons, as this was so absurd. Discrimination is illegal, folks. We’re not in Indiana. How about showing some respect for the people who live or once lived in this area? I would never suggest that anyone stay here just on principle. Clearly the management has its priorities screwed up when a person who lived here years ago can’t even come back and spend the night.

Morning breakfast! Good rates, everything worked, but the lower floors had a sour smell in the halls and rooms. If your nose is sensitive, you might wanna take that into consideration.

When booking the room directly with this hotel, I requested both an early check-​in between 12−1pm and a main floor room. Upon arrival at 12:30pm I was informed a room was not ready and it may be a while and the notes on the reservation said nothing about a ground floor room. When I stated I would likely go elsewhere and stepped outside to make a phone call about vacancy, I was followed to my car and told that now the room is ready. Upon check-​in, the room reaked of smoke and was of poor outdated quality. I went back to the front desk and promptly checked out. This hotel is not welcoming in appearance and their were shady characters loitering in the parking lot. I would not recommend this location.

Staff very friendly. Love that they accept pets at a low deposit! Loved the pool and hot tub! Mm and a full breakfast in morning not just bagels! Will recommend!

The room is spacious and was clean. The bed too soft for me. I woke up feeling disabled. A yoga class put me back together.

Quick easy check in. Room was very clean. Price was pretty cheap. Good parking and security.

Ian at the front desk is awesome! I had booked a room here last minute via Expedia during a road trip but couldn’t make it there by night time. I called Expedia and even though the hotel’s policy was no refunds after 3 he worked with us to get a refund. That is customer service!

We were needing a quick place to stay for a couple of days that was «Pet Friendly». We found this place via
. We arrived early, having mis-​estimated the time it would take to get her. They went out of their way for us – they phoned down to insure that one room was made up early, so we could check in early. The room was very nice, clean, very very comfortable. The Pet Friendly was exactly that, plenty of places for our dog to «do his stuff», and a big jar of milk bones on the check in desk. The staff was very friendly and very willing to help with anything. We were very VERY impressed, and WILL be coming back!!!

This place was horrible. The second floor smelled like raw sewerage, and the breakfast room had 8 tables for the entire hotel. The staff was pleasant, but that did not make up for the accommodations. Will never stay here again.

We spend a weekend there in June it wasn’t bad they had a hot breakfast included with your stay, the rooms were clean and the rate was responsible.
My husband has a collegiate baseball team it often takes out of town several times in the summer so we try and make it affordable for the players so Quality Inn hotels are sometimes the most affordable we can find. There affordable for a reason there total dives this is the only one we have stayed at that deserves higher than two stars.

Nothing quality about this hotel
We first arrived after 9pm on the Friday– got checked in– and found the room. When we went in, the bathroom light was flickering and went out. I called to the front desk and maintenance came pretty quick, but with the wrong time of bulb, he had to go back 2 separate times and bring the ladder, because it was the toilet/​shower area. which I mentioned on the phone. The maintenance man left, around 10;30… We went to bed at 11 only to be woken up at 12 when our next door neighbors tried to open the pass through door and decided to talk loud. Come to find out the pass-​through doors were cheap and then like apartment doors, nothing soundproof about then. I asked my husband to call the front desk and switch rooms, but we ended up banging on the wall. They pipped down a little but not much. It wasn’t until 1 when we finally were able to go back to sleep,. The pillows were half the size of a regular pillow, so when you rolled over you fell off the pillow… The bed we slept in should have had 2 sheets covering the down, instead it was the nasty red blanket on top. So in the morning we got to see a lovely yellow stain that I will pretend was coffee, but we all know it wasn’t. On my husbands bed there was blood stains on the down comforter. The floors may have never been cleaned. My husband socks were black– I wore flip flops around. The hair dryer was filled with someones hair.
The road noise was terrible.

We stayed here for one night. The room was fine. But BEWARE, don’t park your vehicle along the back row under the beautiful big trees because several thousand birds roost there nightly (the noise and activity is unbelievable) and your vehicle will be COVERED in bird shit. There is a notice regarding this at the front desk but it is not noticeable and I think the staff should be more active in bringing the situation to a guest’s attention.
There is a Dairy Queen very close, easy short walk.

Nice place for the cost. Pretty good breakfast. The breakfast service lady was super sweet and helpful. Clean. Weak gym though.

I have stayed at the Quality Inn at least 20 times. The rooms are always clean. The staff is always friendly. I park my semi at the truck stop and they come and pick me up. I have stayed at several Quality Inn’s and this one is by far the best. Nice size rooms, flat screen TV’s and the building is kept up really nice. It is conveniently located next to a Food 4 Less and several restaurants.
