Oregon Ear Nose & Throat Center is a «Class-A» practice. We have experience with both Dr. Reeck and Dr. Chambers, both of whom have been amazing. Dr. Reeck performed major surgery on Bugsy, and his bedside manner is top-notch: he is empathetic, down to earth, comprehensive, and holds himself to a high level of excellence. He builds confidence in his patients, is extremely knowledgeable, and in a sea of medical madness, really owns his work with a patient from start to finish. Follow-up and aftercare have also been spot-on. His medical assistant, Connie, is amazing and an extremely caring individual. Dr, Chambers has worked with one of our children, and he too is fantastic. Highly recommended.

I had a very painful abscess on my tonsils a few weeks ago. I called multiple doctors trying to get an appointment as soon as possible. This was the only office that could fit me in the next day. I went in and was taken back to see Dr. Steele in under 5 minutes. I waited in the room for another maybe 5 minutes total before seeing Dr. Steele. She was able to give me all the options to choose between and even gave my family and I alone time to decide which we wanted to do. I decided on a tonsillectomy and scheduled it for the next morning in their surgery center upstairs. Everyone was very nice and helpful at 8am when I was having surgery. They let me wait as long as I needed before leaving and I got to talk to all of the doctors and the anesthesiologist before going into surgery. They are all very friendly people and very professional. I recommend this office to everyone.

I have been taking my son to see Dr. Traynor for the past 6 years and today I finally got fed up with the long office wait time. After waiting 20min past my appointment I asked when we would be seen. They said it will be a bit since his chart hadn’t even been picked up. I wait 25 minutes more and ask the front desk lady how much longer. She said they will be right out. 5 minutes later they finally come to get him but they tell me it is going to be a wait in the room before the doctor can see you. I had been waiting for 50 minutes with a 7 and 9 year old and had enough. The doctors MA said they were just a little bit behind! 50 minutes, not including the wait time in the room is more than a little bit behind. I have never seen the doctor at my scheduled time in 6 years and my son sees him 2x a year. The office manager needs to learn how to schedule patients and quit overbooking because people are pissed and leaving. Needless to say, I left without seeing the doctor. This really ticks me off since my son has hearing issues and the doctor just treats us like a number and a paycheck.
