After my phone was in for a $ 75 overnight screen replacement, I called and asked if I could pick it up. The person on the phone had me hold for a minute and then tells me that, during the repair, the person had broken the LCD screen underneath and I could either receive my increasingly damaged phone back that was now in 3 pieces, or pay them $ 200 for them to have my phone for several more days and order the parts that they broke. I understand that they’re running a business, but I have never dealt with a company that makes the customer pay for their mistakes. Will not be returning.

This place was so fast, friendly and easy! I’m here on business and my phone screen decided to stop working. Verizon told me to come to this location and they had my phone fixed in no time! Ben was so nice and friendly. He gave me ideas to do while I waited in the neighborhood. Not from here, so that was very helpful. Thanks again guys!

This place is awesome! I shattered my iPhone 6 Plus screen and I chose this place to fix it because it was the best deal in Medford. I went in around 12:30 to drop it off — and the day before I had called to see how long it would take and they told me a day. To my delight it only took a few hours! I picked it up at 6:30 after I got off work and my screen is flawless. I will definitely recommend and go back if I ever (but hopefully won’t) crack my screen again.

Went there to get my 5c screen replaced. I was quoted 109 $. And it would be ready the next day OR I can pay an extra $ 25 to expedite it in GUARANTEED ONE HOUR. They said they would call me in LESS THAN ONE HOUR. An hour and twenty minutes later I went in to see what why I haven’t been called. The guy said he had got busy up front and forgot. I said then I want my money for the guarantee back. He said no! Because it was done in less than an hour and I COULD HAVE COME IN TO CHECK. WHY THE FUCK WOULD I DO THAT IF THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL ME?!? He STILL refused to refund my money! I am furious at that rip off squelching mother effer! I will never return or ever tell anyone they should go their. TOTAL BULLSHIT!!!

Very polite staff, kept telling me they would be with me in a minute, so someone has trained its people on customer service. Replaced my cell phone battery that was toast for $ 54.00 with the 10% veterans discount. I would totally use these guys again. They did the whole job in about 30 minutes. I drove 80 miles and it was worth it.

When my iPhone stopped working correctly I took it to my service provider, Verizon. They told me it was no longer under warranty, that it was probably a battery issue and that they would sell me a $ 100 case that might help. I took a pass on the case. Fast forward three months and my phone is dead. I happened to drive by mobile madness and decided I’d give it a shot — can’t hurt, might help, right? I’m so glad I stopped. They replaced my battery and when my phone was still acting a little glitchy he reminded me of their three month warranty should the battery replacement not work. My phone is working perfectly (typing this review on it now) and I’m so happy I stopped in. Very nice people and so helpful. I’ll be driving into Medford for any phone issues I have in the future. Thanks again guys!

I dropped my phone in a foot of water. I took it to Verizon who told me my phone was toast and I would need a new one. I took it to Mobile Madness and they fixed the thing, saving me about 400 bucks. Before you give up on your phone, take it here. I dropped it off and picked it up in Ashland. Convenient, friendly, fast and inexpensive. What more could I ask for?

They are cheap and fast at cell phone repair! They do a great job! As far as charging cords go for ipad and iphone 5 not so much… a few we got there have been faulty. I think they are refurbished?

I have a Galaxy Note 1 that I bought used a few months ago. When I received it, it had been rooted with another Rom. I am not technically gifted! After a few months, I was having lots of problems with this very expensive phone, so I called Mobile Madness. They were extremely kind and patient over the phone, so I took it in to have them check it out.
They were able to reset it to the factory settings for $ 35.00. I think that’s a deal considering that I had been having issues with it since I bought it. I was able to get it back in just a few hours, not days! I recommend Mobile Madness highly and know if I have any other problems with my phone, I will take it to them.
