Dear Public Works Medford,
Can you please make the sidewalk open up again?
Currently under the bridge on Harvard Street and Winchester Street, you cannot use the sidewalk and it’s very dangerous trying to navigate this as it’s difficult for cars to let you cross, let alone SEE you. This is all because of the new Green Line from the MBTA that is coming in, when will we get our sidewalk back? The one they are making us use is too narrow for wheelchairs and strollers. Thank you.
I tried to call you on BOTH numbers and they are busy. SERIOULSY?! The year is 2013. Do you just keep the phones off the hook? It would also behoove whomever is in charge of your pathetic website to include the area code instead of just listing the number like this is East Podunk County circa 1986. SEVEN EIGHT ONE, right?
Pretty sure you need to dial that to call you, but since no one will pick up the phone since the line is busy, I guess, this is a moot point.
Maybe once someone gets killed in this area then you’ll pay attention. But, I doubt it.
Four years of living in Medford and the streets are still freaking mess. I’ve lived in Allston for eight years and have worked in Harvard Square for over a decade, you think Medford would have better streets right? WRONG.
FIX THE $^*&$$&##^ SIDEWALK! Please, please, fix the damn sidewalk.

I’ve had to call the DPW of Medford multiple times about this. THEY DO NOT TAKE YOUR RECYCLING. EVER!
Now I understand why none of my neighbors ever have the blue bins out on recycling day. They all got sick of your crap. Way to go, Medford.

Hi, can you pick up my recycling? It’s been 5 weeks! I’m pretty sure you took my neighbor’s old TV 2 weeks ago, but I basically have a bottle and can redemption center sitting on my porch.
It’s bad enough I live in Medford, but collecting recyclables every OTHER week, and then skipping my house 3 times = the WORST.
Someone killed a cat and threw it in front of my car on Saturday night. THAT was gone on Sunday morning, but I still have 5 weeks worth of bottles and cans that are going in regular black trash bags this Sunday night, you lazy jerks!
