Many music sheets are pre-​made so you do not have to waste money on a teacher transcribing everything by ear for half your lesson. We let technology do the work so we can save you time and money.

History

Established in 2012.

LB Music School was founded by owner Lauren Bateman after her private lesson schedule became full. Wanting to help as many students as possible, Lauren hired professional teachers to work along side her and help new students.

LB Music school is THE place to go in Medford and the Middlesex area for guitar lessons, drum lessons, voice lessons, piano lessons, violin lessons, and ukulele lessons.

Lauren want to help YOU with your goals. That is why she opened LB Music School. To give students the instruction she wish she has when she was learning to play music.

Lauren Bateman, a Boston University graduate, is the owner and head instructor at LB Music School. She specializes in acoustic guitar, voice, songwriting and performance skills.

Lauren has been touring the local Boston music circuit since 2007 playing venues like The Middle East and Johnny D’s. She has played in NY, VT, CT, ME and NH and at festivals with 10,000+ people in attendance. She has released two independent albums, I’ve Been Waiting (2010) and Here I Am (2012).
