First off let’s start with SLLLOOOWWWW followed by a large cup of rude.
The rep contacted me about 6 hours after I put in a request (this was Steve P by the way). Then said he was busy but would contact me in the morning. So about 11 am I began to wonder, so I emailed him. I didn’t hear anything, so about 12:30 I emailed him again. Finally around 1 he sent me a vague email asking some questions. I asked for clarification.
Long story short the deal fell apart due to his lack of communication and he had the nerve to blame it on me, saying I wasn’t disclosing stuff, because I had asked for clarification.
Save your time… go somewhere else.
