I ordered off the menu. Was told menu had changed. Mine was only a month old so I asked they bring a new one. Everything they told me was wrong from old menu is still on the new menu… delivery guy was nice but spilled a ranch bucket on my porch. So. paid for something I didn’t get. Again. They have great pizza but the prices and end option rarely match with what you expect

Good pizza… We got it to-​go, so I can’t really say too much on this first review… I will say I enjoyed the pizza, it was a little pricey but nothing to outrageous… The pizza itself had great toppings that made for a nice distinct flavor… The spicy crumbled sausage was great, it brought some heat but was still flavorful and didn’t kill the pallet with that heat… The crust is how I usually gauge how good a pizza is (or can be)… This crust was a good one, so it gets a thumbs up from this guy… Putting Jackson Creek Pizza on my list to re-​visit their establishment… Until then, it gets a 4 star on the taste of the pizza alone… See you soon JCP!

Great local spot, good atmosphere, beer selection & food. A little pricey for pizza but worth it for the vibe and to be local. Food is really good. Parmesan is great and kept cold, staff is quick and helpful. Give it a try!

I like this place. I was surprised downtown Medford had so many restaurants and clubs. The service at Jackson Creek Pizza was the perfect blend of not being in your face and never having to ask for anything. The caesar salad we had was huge (enough for 2 people) and yummy. Their version of margherita pizza was very tasty but didn’t have the cracker crust that I expected. All in all this place is a good bet and I’m sure I’ll be back when I’m in Medford.

Love this place. Came in for lunch today and the «blond girl» that was apparently rude to a customer last night was great. Been coming here for years and Taylor has never been anything but nice and helpful. She is a big reason why I keep coming back.

I’ve been coming here for years. It’s a great establishment with an amazing staff. The «blonde girl» always goes above and beyond customer service as well as the rest of the staff (chefs included). They are polite and hygienic and knowledgeable about everything they offer in their restaurant (especially their beer). I will continue to come here regardless of 1 absolutely ridiculous review from an obviously very confused person.

Three words: chicken Caesar sandwich. So delicious! So huge! If I’m ever hungry and just can’t figure out what I want, this is always the end result and I’m always happy I get it. I’ve been getting it for years. If they ever take it off the menu, I’ll be devastated. The service isn’t always that great, but their food is. And the fact that they have good beer helps too.

I hate giving bad reviews but the manager really needs to be around at closing time to see how rude his employees are. The blonde chick was either totally amped up on bath salts or she was bipolar and severely under medicated. She actually clapped her hands at us like «chop chop!» She stunk so badly of cigarettes that it was hard to eat when she was around.

Great real pizza in the heart of downtown ! Enjoyed this place a couple times now with my friends, staff is great and friendly people first attitude and genuine kindness. The pizza is tops, the flavors speak for themselves, not cheap and greasy, but flavorful and made with joy. Love the environment, stay local play local.

I’m giving Jackson creek 3 stars. While the food is awesome the server was a straight B. Zero eye contact bad attitude very very poor. You know your in Oregon with this service I’m all for a good wage but it directly affects the service when the servers make a full wage.

The mood in this restaurant is so laid back, fun, and quirky! Its great! The service is awesome and fast! The prices here are so great. It was like a little over $ 4 for a slice and soda, perfect for a student low on cash xD the pizza is pretty good and so is the salad, not the best but definitely good.

We went on a Thursday night after a Softball game. The pizza was really good and fresh, we had Half Buffalo girl and Half Cheeseburger pie. They combine some unusual ingredients to make an awesome pizza. The Buffalo girl was chicken, buffalo sauce and blue cheese, and other things… but YUM!
Pros:
–Fresh hot pizza… who could ask for more…
–Good selection of beers
–Many salads and wraps to choose from as well.
Cons:
–There was a hole in the floor next to a glass window which about made me and my chair tumble through the windows!
–Our pizza came out 10 – 15 minutes after everyone else’s food.
–A little on the steep side of pricing.
EIther way it was tasty and I’m sure we will return!
