My husband and I just relocated to Medford from the San Francisco Bay Area 3 months ago. We love it! We wanted to find a small love seat that was two individual recliners combined — and we didn’t want to spend a lot because its just for when we watch movies together.
Michael found House to Home Gallery on Google. We walked into the large, well-​merchandized store and were immediately greeted by the nicest, very professional salesperson. As we went through the store looking at some very beautiful recliners (and other lovely things), we were greeted multiple times by different salespeople of the same high calibre.
These folks clearly understand profile hiring — and what a great profile. It is very similar to the wonderful folks who work at Alaska Airlines and Southwest Airlines.
After about 10 — 15 minutes we entered one of the large showrooms and there it was — the small dual recliner love seat we had envisioned. We bought it for an extremely reasonable $ 250.10!!! Delivery to our home was only $ 35. Very reasonable. All this in under 30 minutes. What a GREAT experience.

I was looking for a counter height table and chair set which they did not have! Even though they did not have what I was looking for I was impressed with the variety and quality of their furniture, it looks brand new! Five stars because they were friendly, yet gave me space to look around and just because what I wanted wasn’t there I still wanted to spend time in your store.

The selection of furniture is first rate, changes frequently, and is reasonable priced for the most part. They have a wide selection of quality, so it seems like there’s something in every price range. The piece I purchased was very clean and in good shape, and the service is first rate. Excellent shopping experience.
Oh, I will say that if you are sensitive to perfumes/​fragrances, be aware that they have a lot of highly scented candles in the store; the scent can be a bit strong. That’s the only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars.

We have purchased many pieces of furniture here and have referred our family and friends to check it out. Great place to find high quality slightly used furniture at a fraction of original cost. I definitely rate this store HIGH and frequently go to browse as their inventory changes constantly… they also have a new flooring and other décor center. Angie, T.J., and Kelly, you are great to work with.
