Scheduled an appointment for today at 11am. Checked in and Kylie was with another customer. After waiting a little bit, the customer coordinator took over and helped the customer so Kylie could help me. She’s the only one who knows how to apply plastic Invisible Shield protective screen covers. Took about five minutes to do. She was professional and courteous! She even walked us out! Best customer service ever!

Went to the store over the weekend to resolve an issue that I was having related to adding a line. It was a very confusing and atypical situation, but Kerry went way above expectations with his customer service! He contacted multiple entities to resolve the problem and did not make a fuss when we weren’t able to complete the sale that afternoon(even though he had spent approximately an hour of time with us) due to porting issues. Excellent customer service!!! I would go back to this store and work with Kerry any day!!! He made me and my spouse feel like we mattered even though we are only two of many AT&T customers. Kudos also for engaging us in an actual conversation rather than trying to sell us accessories, etc.

This store was amazing. Dustin went above and beyond when my phone died –he even helped me convince apple to send me a new one while he also hooked me up with a great upgrade so that I could trade in my old one to AT&T. I made an appointment and my wait time was zero. I’m definitely coming back when I need to. I feel very valued as a customer.
