Went for a job interview and felt very unwelcome. I had to contact The HR department numerous times to find out the status of me being offered the position. One reply email I did get back was I was still being considered for the position. Several more months go by and still no word and then finally a templated reject email, that was not personalized. I think a phone call would of been more appropriate since I spent two whole days in Medford and I was not even compensated for my mileage, which they told me I would be compensated for. I would not recommend working at this facility.

Just delivered my son here and my oh my what a great experience! The nurses were so helpful and caring. They went out of there way for me and made me feel good about labor. After I had my son, the nurses checked on him and I all the time. I felt comfortable to tell the nurses anything and they really listened and helped me when I needed the help. The hospital food was great too which I find rare. Anyone who is pregnant and considering birth here, I’d say go for it! Also has NICU unit right in the hospital if baby ends up needing that.

I’ve had good experiences with the doctors, but the staff is usually across the board rude, unhelpful, gives misinformation, and will gossip about you in front of you.

This hospital is the best hospital ever! They saved my husbands life after he flew off a cliff 8 years ago and hit every tree on the way down and two weeks ago my son stopped breathing in the lobby of the ER and a team grabbed him from me and saved him. He then went up to pediatrics and they treated him like gold. They are amazing!!! The doctors were great, the nurses are even better and everyone else were so good to us through that hard time.

Birthing Center and staff are so supportive of families. The experience has been wonderful each time we have been here to welcome our new family members.
The facility is great and well kept. The rooms are family friendly and supportive of visitors of all ages.
The cafeteria is good with many choices and reasonable choices. Other food is not far away for a sort trip out.

After three days up in Asante Three Rivers in GP, I was transferred down to Rogue to undergo a double coronary bypass, and an Atrial valve replacement… that was last Monday, 7 days ago! I was at Rogue M-​F, came home for the weekend. Dr Folsom performed the surgery Monday morning, and personally checked on me Tues-​Fri. Great nursing staff in both CCU and other units, CCU’s Mark, Mark, Brandon, and Trina were among several stars of the visit, although everybody was great. For hospital food, pretty decent… Apparently Rogue is considered in the top percent of best Cardiac surgery and care hospitals in the Pac Northwest, and I understand why. Every hospital employee or partner I met treated me as if were there most important patient, I’d give these folks 6 stars if Unilocal allowed it. This is the kind of medical care I’d expect to find in a city of several million people, that it’s available here in a city the size of Medford is really impressive!

I have never had a worse experience in my life as the experience I had with this hospital. Everything from being admitted (refused to let me read the consent forms I was asked to sign), to nurses making jokes about me to each other right in front of my family and I, to multiple mistakes being made (given medication I specifically asked not to be given, wrong follow up info), to extremely rude, uncaring employees who prioritize their convenience over compassion towards terrified patients and their families… And even now being threatened with collections over a bill that they tell me is paid, being promised that they’d sort it out and told not to worry even as I am sent threats from collections agencies. We filed a complaint about some of the more serious issues and were told «sorry».
My case was an urgent injury requiring surgery. That is already a traumatic experience but it was made so much worse by the treatment I received and continue to receive from this business. I spent all of my time there afraid and on guard, with unanswered questions, feeling insecure, vulnerable and worried that at any given moment I’d be subjected to more humiliation or mistaken invasive treatment.
I was not afraid of doctors or hospitals before but I am now. I will do everything in my power to make sure that I nor anyone I care about is subjected to ever being a patient in this place. We’d rather drive to Portland than ever go back here.

I went to the Rogue Medical Center ER in Medford OR, after being violently ill for 5 days; completely dehydrated with a dangerously low potassium level (2 out of 5), a temp of 105+, and a bp of ¹⁵⁰⁄₉₅ — with known heart problems.
From the moment I arrived, everyone treated me with respect and kindness and they did all the right things to get me stabilized and on the road to recovery. After being treated so badly by my own doctors, I really appreciated RMC’s giving me the care and kindness I needed. I will always be grateful for their care.
