As a bit of a health nut, I love the non-fat, low calorie treats available at All American Frozen Yogurt. Unfortunately, I’m not too fond of their service. In fact, I can say that it’s the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The very first time I went to the little stand in the food court, it was about twenty-minutes before the food court was set to close. My fiancé and I stood in the line area for a few minutes before the teenaged cashier looked at us and said, «We’re getting ready to close.» Needless to say, we left without any frozen yogurt last night. I’ve had a series of bad experiences with them, but last week’s took the cake. It was three in the afternoon. There was one other customer being helped, and two employees. I stood there for seven minutes without ever even being acknowledged. I walked away and took my business to Starbucks instead. It’s really a shame when a company with a good product doesn’t have the staff to back it up. I hope that they start training their employees in customer service sometime soon, because I really love frozen yogurt, but I just can’t bring myself to go there anymore!
