Fun place to meet friends for drinks or grab a bite. Food is pretty good. Drinks are made well. Nice kick back ambiance.

Stopped in for a pint and a bite. We were on a budget today, do we shared the Bangers and Mash. The service was very good. They let us split the dish with an extra plate at no charge. If they split it for us it would have been a $ 2 charge, still not bad. It was nice, quiet, and relaxing at mid-day on a Sunday. Just the way we introverts like it. The bangers were decent, good for a sausage, but not very flavorful. I don’t have any clue what traditional Irish bangers should taste like though. Mashed taters were yummy. Needed more gravy. :) Got a dinner salad with ranch. It was fresh and yummy. Just lettuce, spinach and shredded carrots but still good. Shared a pint size order of sea salt fries with ranch for $ 3. Good, budget friendly portion. Overall good experience. This is my fourth or do time here in two years. Never had an awful visit.

So amazing. Bubbles and Squeek was incredible. Home brew was delicious. Can’t choose which was better. Not bad prices, especially considering how awesome everything was. Burgers were pretty dang good too! 10 out of 10!

This place is awesome! The upstairs area has lots of couches and comfy chairs, fireplaces, big TVs and a pool table. It’s a great place to watch a football game. Good food, good beer selection, great service. Trivia night on Mondays! I highly recommend it!

Great place to grab drinks and food with friends. Love the rustic bar feeling in there. Reminds me of home. Spacious place with room for larger parties. Service is good, great cocktails, and excellent garlic fries and other delicious things.

A great place! I loved the brick and timbers, with the old school woodwork. The food was delicious and the staff was amazing. If I lived here, I would be a regular.

This is an easy bar to gather in. Lots of space and comfortable spots to hang out, good selection of beer, and fairly priced drinks. Bloody marys are good, and for whiskey-ginger drinkers, they make their own ginger ale and it’s awesome. Ambiance is nicer and less depressing than a typical sports bar. Service has always been pretty fast, sometimes the servers are surly but I’ve always had nice servers during the daytime. The Irish salsa is friggin delicious, and there are lots of fried things. Just reading the rest of the menu makes my stomach hurt, but I’m vegan so we all know that means I’m a sissy. I hear it’s good food, though. Classic Irish-American stuff.

I’m not sure why people have said the food is average here… I’ve been a few times & I absolutely love it. my favorite is the shrimp & lobster pasta. it’s spectacular. Expensive. Very cool environment. Good service. Fun building. I would go more often if I had the money and time to haha

Nice atmosphere… Knowledgeable bartenders and a good selection… Very average food. Twice I ordered cabbage rolls… Both times they arrived frozen in the middle… What? Flavorless burger. Fish and chips is good. Drink there… Eat elsewhere.

Food is very average. Very much bar food that you can get at red robin. Just looks like a bar that shouldn’t try to serve food

The historic building in which 4 Daughters is located is perfect for an Irish pub, there’s all kinds of seating available — from regular to high tables, the bar itself and lounge chairs around a low table. Service is friendly and attentive. The food is spot on for a pub — although I think there’s room to up their game and turn this into a gastropub. I enjoyed my fish and chips here, but I’ll still be searching for Medford’s best. We will be back to try other choices from their menu.

Meh. The food is not great. Fish chips were overcooked and very«fishy» smelling. Ordered the fried pickles too but they were mostly batter, could barely taste the pickles. Chicken bites were decent. Food prices were kind of all over the place. Good beers and good beer prices. Love the cozy setting with all the dark wood and pub-by ambiance. Will probably eat dinner somewhere else next time then roll in here for drinks only.

Just ok. Food average. Server was a little indifferent, and the place could be cleaner. We’ll try somewhere else next visit to Medford

We were staying the night in Medford on a Sunday. We were looking for a place to eat. Being a Sunday and having a minor child limited our choices. I saw 4 daughters and it looked interesting but some of the reviews were negative. We choose to overlook those and give it a try. From the outside it looked closed but it wasn’t. I would say clean up the front. Take down all the stuff that doesn’t matter. When we entered the lower level looks like a typical pub. The real treat is upstairs. Sofas and big chairs that are slightly over loved but very charming. Knick nacks and wide screen tv’s. Pool table and a bar. Jordie(sorry if the spelling is wrong) was our server. She was engaging and informative. She had answers to questions about the food and the local scene. Cool boots too. We ordered bubble and squeak which was good. Enough for all of us. Fried pickles also which were better than most. For entrees we had a patty melt, fish and chips and bangers and mash with peas. Everything was excellent. Totally not the mediocrity that was expected. Bangers are local. Peas were totally fresh(yummy). Fish beer battered and cooked to perfection. Patty melt on marbled rye was juicy and not too dry. Apple fritters with caramel were light and cinnamon sugar lovely. Only disappointment was because it was a slow Sunday they decided to close the upstairs. We would have stayed longer and had more drinks and played pool. It’s the only reason for four and not five stars. Thanks to Jordie and everyone else for making us feel welcome and giving us such excellent food and service!

Heard good things about this place. Went in for lunch on a Saturday. Awesome lounge areas, pool tables, and wall hangings. Ordered the grilled cheese and sweet potato fries with huckleberry sauce. Yummy!

Great food, attentive service, best bread pudding ever! My favorite part of the dining experience was the turn of the century building and the history. It had original mason work! Stop by and learn something about this historic building and have a cold one. It’s worth the visit.

Initially the service was friendly. A male bartender took our drink order and promptly had our drinks brought over. We placed our food order and sat to talk while we waited. Around 330 – 4 you can expect a bar/restaurant to not be too busy and this was certainly the case. Brittany the female bartender/waitress who appeared to take over for the first gentleman seemed far more interested in flirting with the male patrons and talking about how she is going to move to Seattle, than being a service provider. The appetizers were pretty good. The chicken shots were awesome and the fried pickles were as good as fried pickles usually are. The patty melt that my fiancé ordered however was not good. She took 1 maybe 1 ½ bites and did not care for it at all. Something about the amount of onions which looked like quite a bit, and a weird sauce on it. We waited quite a while again before getting helped and when we finally got the check, after expressing that she didn’t like the patty melt still had it on the bill at full price. Things would have been better if it didn’t seem like Brittany had better things to do. We asked her about the bill and said she would speak to a manager. She spoke to a guy who the entire time had been hanging around the bar and looked like he was a bus boy instead of the face of the restaurant. Obvious he didn’t plan on ever speaking to anyone other than employees. Brittany then came over and with a bit of an attitude slid the bill back on the table with the item taken off and said we took it off. She turned and walked away and without looking said have a nice day. Awesome people skills. We can deal with bad food from time to time, but if your working for tips, you’d think you would want to salvage things. By the way this isn’t the first time we’ve been here and the other times have been fairly pleasant experiences, which is why this was so surprising.

Tried out 4 Daughters Irish Pub the other night with a friend. We went up to the bar to get a beer and tried to get a bartenders attention… apparently, if you have facial piercings and tattoos all of your body it’s a turn off for bartenders??? Maybe they think we don’t tip well??? I don’t know, but even though there was established eye contact we were obviously not good enough for them. Never coming back and letting other friends know of our experience.

Great place to have lunch, I’ve been there twice and it was excellent. We sat upstairs right next to the window, the vibe and people are friendly. The food came out very fast. I ordered a turkey cajan burger with sweet potato fries, they were battered in something and fried. Yum! I’ll return soon for lunch again.
