We Repair and Service all Foreign and Domestic Vehicles. We can perform your routine Vehicle Maintenance Services keeping your factory and extended warranties in effect. We offer free local shuttle service and have loaner cars available. Our Technicians are ASE Certified. Our shop is AAA Approved and is an ASE Blue Shield of Excellence Repair Facility. Randy’s Automotive Service, Inc., located in Medfield, MA., From the beginning we have been a family business operated by Randy &Lorraine Eakin. We have grown from a staff of two to our present stafof eight full time and eight part time employees.

Randy’s Automotive Service is not really about automobiles but about relationships. We are proud not only of the trust our customers have in us but also number of second and third generation customers we serve. We thank all of them for being members of the Randy’s Automotive Family.

I am now done with Randy’s after another bad experience — they refused to break down their proposed repair cost into parts and labor! What kind of business does that? I ended up getting the exact same service done at a shop down the road in Millis for less than HALF the price!
If you like leather covered chairs in the waiting room with «free» snacks and coffee and high speed internet, this is your place. But believe me, it will cost you dearly.
They tout the «3 year warranty» on their work but extended warranties are hugely profitable as no one bothers to keep track… in the industry it’s called «breakage.» I would recommend asking them the price WITHOUT the warranty and then ask them to break the cost into parts and labor, and see what you get.

Was driving by and saw they did inspections. Everyone here is so nice and helpful. No pressure, no added sales. Free coffee and snacks, and the place is SO CLEAN! I’ve been getting stickers for over 30 years now and this was one of the best experiences ever.

The folks that work there are nice, courteous, and professional, but I agree with Bob M.‘s review. It’s fine for an oil change or inspections but I’d steer clear for big repairs or at least get a second opinion. Prices seem significantly higher than at the dealership.

I have gotten work done here before, and the customer service is very good, as people said in previous reviews. Very nice waiting room, very responsive to e-​mails and calls, great easy-​to-​use website. My only complaint is the prices– I recently was quoted a very high price for work considered to be fairly routine (I think it was because of labor costs). I just recommend that people ask for a quote first!

Irving gas is the best gasoline I can put my vehicle and they sell it at an extremely competitive price. They also offer free air which is why I exclusively go to this gas station. Not that I really need to put air in my tire that often but that speaks for the character of the business. They are not looking to nickel and dime you

I have all of my cars serviced at Randy’s. The service is excellent and will always try to schedule around my needs. I just had the struts replaced on an 05 Buick The car rides like new. Randy’s does my oil changes and will run through a checklist and let me know of any issues that I should be aware of. The staff is curtious and knowledgeable. The station, store, and bays are always clean and organized. The staff truly is aware of what customer service is all about.

Highly recommend! I’ve always stopped for gas but today I got an inspection sticker and was very impressed with the service. Went above and beyond to help me, friendly, comfortable, etc. I will definitely be going back for all my automotive needs.

Good customer service is sometimes overlooked in this industry. I called Randy about a concern and he was very accommodating and quick to reach an acceptable resolution. The owner makes it easy to do business at his shop. I feel comfortable recommending their services because they take care of their customers.

Not go here for the automotive service, more so for the gas, Irving Gas.
I am Loyal Rewards card holder, so I get a discount on gas through Irving after a certain amount of gallons of gas. Plus, this an «on the way» to work or home for me which makes it easy.
If ever I do have car concerns, I wouldn’t hesitate to seek their services, the garage looks very productive as I don’t see many of the same cars on the lot.
The prices for gas here is the similar to the area’s average, compared to a service station not far from this one.
For the few times I have gone inside, the staff seem very friendly and helpful, in fact, that’s how I became a rewards card holder. A suggestion of the cashier there.

They are honest and will work hard to provide the level of service that makes you want to come back. Free wifi while you wait, free air for your tires, and even a free loaner car if you are in a jam for major repairs. I received a hefty bill for repairs but wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s more the «price» that a cost conscious shopper needs, it’s value…

This family run business exemplifies excellence in service and pride in work. Always friendly and helpful, they are the go-​to station for our family. Competitive gas prices, no charge for the air pump and a consistently cordial and helpful staff. They do excellent work and have serviced a wide variety of vehicles for us, all at fair prices and with top notch work.
High;y recommended for anything from new wiper blades to major engine work. They’ll even drive you home if need be!

Randy and Scott Eakin run one of the cleanest and most efficient auto repair shops that I have ever seen. They recruit the most talented technicians that this area has to offer. What results is a customer experience that is hard to find anywhere else. They truly understand what it means to «connect» with their customers. From the simplest lube, oil and filer service to much more complex services, they always deliver. They are so confident in the quality of their work that they stand behind it with a 3 year, 36K mile warranty. I’ve been going to them for years and they have always been there for me.
