Thomas Grove & Sons

Thomas Grove and Sons plumber came to my house to replace a pot filler cartridge. They charged my wife $ 185, after 5 days the pot filler cartridge broke again. The plumber said that it broke due to the cold weather. I asked another plumber if that was possible and he said «no». The Thomas Grove & Sons plumber came back with the new part; when my wife asked for the old defective cartridge, the plumber said that the part was on his truck. He never brought the part back and charge an additional $ 185 back. According to the plumber the installation and the part did not have any guarantee. I will not recommend this plumber to anyone. I’m a retired Army Officer, where honesty and integrity is very important. My perception is that this plumber care more for money than customer service and his honesty and integrity is questionable. My rating for Thomas Grove & Sons is zero star.
