I bought trailers from this company on and off for years. Recently I needed to paint my Wells Cargo unit. I needed to order and replace all screws on sheet metal fully enclosed unit. After calling for four-​five days and talking to four different agents whom said they would call me back with pricing and also being told Wells Cargo would not sell to me direct. I finally tried on fourth day afternoon and was told very sternly you will receive a call FROM US when we know. Then believe it or not after four different occasions of having to give them the same information on size of trailer he wanted to know again! I then called wells Cargo direct I got their parts dept. on phone I was treated nicely and I swear to God the whole phone call only took two minutes I had price and they could ship to me! Four days this branch couldn’t do with several employees working on I was able to do in Two minutes!! I needless to say will never use them in future.
