Gary did a great job fixing a hole we put into the wall/​ceiling in a stairwell during a move. I sent him a photo of the damage and he reassured me that it would be as good as new. It was! He did an excellent job. He was very friendly, professional, and clean. He was on time and reasonably priced. Couldn’t be more pleased. I definitely recommend!

Gary has done five jobs for me since 2008, including repairing and painting every room in my condo, replacing counters in both bathrooms, and redoing the kitchen. Suffice it to say that, with a houseful of antiques, I trust him enough to hand him the key and let him do it all when I’m not there. His rates are very reasonable, he has made good when there were small problems with his work (caused by subcontractors), and his painting and plaster work are superb (he works without a drop cloth and in the entire six years I found two tiny, removable drops of paint on the rug – incredible). He has gone above and beyond for me, including tearing out an entire builder-​grade mirror, replastering the entire wall, and reattaching lots of shelves much better than I originally attached them. He’s a man of integrity and a really nice guy, on top of it all. P. S. His brother Joy is also a great electrician! Thanks and bless you and your family, Gary.

I felt the need to write a review after being a bit disappointed with this company and their level of service. I initially found this company through the home advisor website a couple of years ago. I used Garry for some work and he did a decent job for me. When my mother needed some work done on her rental property, I referred her to him. Long story short, Garry was less than reliable while completing the work for my mother. He was late several times when they were scheduled to meet at the property and although she spent more than 2k with him, he wanted to charge her an additional $ 150 to repair a gap between the tile and baseboard that was very obvious when he had finished the job. While he admitted that he would not want something like that in his own home when asked, he refused to fix it without the additional charge. Really??? I find that ridiculous. What happened to customer service? No more referrals for this company.

Garry painted and replastered portions of our living room and guest bedroom (ceilings, walls, etc) after the derecho caused some major water leakage, and we were really impressed with both his workmanship and how professional he was. His rates were very reasonable, especially considering the amount of work he had to do, and he was on time, done within the amount of time he said it would take, and cleaned up after himself. And, he was a really nice guy to boot!
