I asked for assistance from 4 different associates, 3 of which were standing there chewing the fat.

Nobody said hello can I help you or anything else. Stood right. Next to tow employees that didn’t acknowledge my presence. Horrible customer service.

I know it’s not fair to compare this place to Lowes but I feel I have to be honest… I rather shop at Lowes because the layout is better and I’m able to find things faster than I do here. However, some products I need are only at Home Depot so I have to suck it up haha.
The layout does not allow you to peer down the length of the store and find the aisle you need since part of the store is laid out this way and the other part has the aisle at a different angle. That’s a big turnoff for me.
I’d recommend asking for help when you get in or else be prepared for a walk around the store before finding what you need.

In the back of the shopping center housing, HH Gregg, Staples, Petsmart and Dick’s, this Home Depot is a quarter mile away from Lowes, so between the two you pretty much have everything you need in order to get your house just the way you want it. I love how Santa works in the paint section, and if you just giggled, obviously you’ve seen him. Seasonal stuff is right in front of you as you walk in the entrance, tools and lumber to the far right, lights and electrical in the back and kitchens and baths towards the middle. Most of the employees know the layout of the store, so if you are lost feel free to look for the orange aprons.

My wife needed some Masonite and plywood for some projects. We called to ensure they were in stock and were confirmed, off we went, we parked out in front of the lumber loading area with the truck and trotted inside, the gentleman working the lumber counter was extremely helpful in directing us where it was kept and making suggestions on other types of wood that works with it. He helped us get the sheets onto the cart and even used shrink wrap to keep them together as one bundle. Additionally, after the sale even walked out to the truck with us and helped load it onto the roof. Talk about awesome customer service, he alone pretty much gave this place most of it’s stars.
