History
Established in 1993.
Deb Pierson founded PCCi in 1993 and was the firm’s only employee until 1998, when the staff doubled to two employees. The firm initially specialized in project management of physical infrastructure installations, technical writing for proposals, and proposal management for large enterprise customers selling to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. PCCi expanded in the late 1990s to directly provide cabinet installations, site surveys, cabling, server support, and storage area network support services to meet the needs of Pennsylvania agencies expanding their distributed infrastructure.
