Doubleday Large Print

I joined Doubleday large Print as a member to buy books for my mother.
However, within a couple months after joining, my PayPal account was credited $ 55.46 for a book I not only did not order, but did not receive.
When I contacted DoubleDay about the charge, they said if I sent the book back, I could get my money refunded. When I replied I did not even receive the book, I was met with silence.
I checked the order history and it wasn’t in my order history. I checked the order and «no shipping information was provided». I think someone within the company charged my PayPal account and got the book for themselves on my dime.
I finally had to resolve the issue with PayPal since DoubleDay began ignoring my multiple attempts to contact them. I had my money refunded from PayPal, but I do not recommend anyone using DoubleDay Large Print or joining their book club.
