History

Established in 2011.

Bottles & Brushes began in the home studio of owner Lauri Daughtry and quickly grew.

Bottles & Brushes then relocated 202 N Fifth Street, downtown Mebane and is a popular venue for fundraisers, birthday parties, painting nights out, and private art lessons for children.

It is open by appointment. The owner is also a public school art teacher in the community.

Business Owner

Lauri Daughtry, owner, is an interior designer, artist and a National Board certified visual arts teacher in Alamance County who has been teaching since 1995. She has been hosting these fun «Paint Nights Out» for a few years now with great success. She earned her BFA in Interior Design and Drawing in ’84. She believes that art is therapeutic and completely personal.

In addition to teaching Paint Nights Out, she also offers children’s’ art classes.

The studio is located in downtown Mebane and is open by appointments and through scheduling with Lauri.
